Client Testimonials
JK
Coaching Client, 2023
“Maureen’s coaching style is supportive, but flexible enough to ensure you get what you need. It is structured without being prescriptive and flexible enough to engage long-term strategies while also addressing needs that come up on a daily basis. Working with Maureen provided me with an opportunity to step outside the work and focus on developing skills and tools I would need long-term to be a successful executive.”
GB
Coaching client, Spring 2021
“Maureen reminded me that it was my journey, I was ultimately in charge of what we tackled together. Her strength was in helping me recognize the landmines and think through how to navigate around them.”
AM
Coaching client, January 2023
“Through the coaching process, I realized I could no longer remain complacent or stuck in my current situation. Thanks to her powerful questions and truly listening to what I was saying, Maureen provided the space for me to consider other ways of thinking about my skills and life in general. My comfort level and communication with her during each session increased such that I was able to share some of my deepest concerns and fears about transitioning into a new career after age 50…Four words sum up my coaching engagement – Cultivating, Enlightening, Powerful and Freeing.”
