How Do I Know If I Need a Leadership Coach?
Leadership coaching is a collaborative, supportive process focused on your growth and development, moving you closer to the future you are seeking. Ideally, the coaching process enables you to achieve some degree of impactful change or shift in perspective. It is outcome-based, and assists the client/coachee in building competence to engage complexity and uncertainty in the future.

No. Clients come to coaching with varied motivations and through various channels. Some clients participate at the request of their employer, and some pursue coaching of their own volition.
Coaching engagements vary in duration based on any number of variables. A very short-term, targeted engagement might be over the course of four to five sessions. A more robust engagement may last for six to eight months, and include 12+ sessions. Note that most coaching sessions are 60 minutes in duration.
