How it works
- Support time does not roll over — unused time resets at the start of each month.
- Time can be used for any in-house service — updates, fixes, content changes, design tweaks.
- Malware or hacked-site recovery beyond your included plan may require additional billed hours.

Contact us and we can discuss your requirements and find the plan that is best for you. After you purchase the appropriate plan, we will send you an onboarding email. This email will tell you how to give us secure access to your site(s) and how to contact us by phone or email.
Yes, during EST business hours but we will certainly try to take calls outside of those hours for emergencies. We are always available via email.
Each plan covers one website. WordPress Multisites require one plan for each site.
Website edits do include edits to content, changing images, modifying headers or footers, updating plugin settings, CSS modifications, blog content updates, adding a new pages, formatting existing pages, adding coupon codes or updating products
What is does not include is custom development (PHP, plugins, themes, etc), updating custom code, modifying or adding software or tools outside of WordPress, graphic design, content creation, rebuilding or building a website or subdomain.
Examples of Do’s and Don’ts:

Included: Add content that you created and add it to your site or replace existing text on a page.
Not included: Creating new content for your site or design a new page.
We do offer content creation as a service.
Example 2
Included: Add a new product to your WooCommerce store You have provided all necessary content.
Not included: Create a new checkout process or modify the existing checkout process.
Example 3
Included: Add blog content that you created with images that are already formatted for WordPress with instructions.
Not included: You want us to create the content for a blog post, find images and upload to WordPress.
Example 4
Included: Install and configure a plugin to use its default functionality.
Not included: Create new functionality that doesn’t exist in theaa plugin. (This would fall under custom development which may be available at an hourly development rate.)
No! We work with any website hosting company.
Some hosts are better than others so we may not be able to achieve your speed and security goals on certain shared hosting providers. See our list of trusted hosting partners if you are looking to change.
No. We do not offer hosting in our care plans. However, we partner with some amazing hosting companies listed here. As part of all our care plans, we do work with all hosting companies. If there is a problem with your host, we can contact them to get their support working on it.
