7. Intellectual Property

Client Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide (text, images, logos, etc.). You grant us permission to use this content solely for your project.

Project Deliverables

Once the project is paid in full, you own the final website files and graphics created specifically for your project—unless otherwise stated in your contract.

Company Materials

Any tools, code libraries, frameworks, or proprietary systems used to build your site remain the property of Gridd Design LLC.

8. Website Launch & Post-Launch Support

Once your website is launched:

  • We ensure basic functionality at the moment of launch.
  • Ongoing updates, bug fixes, and support require a separate maintenance plan unless included in your agreement.
  • Third-party integrations (plugins, themes, APIs, etc.) may require ongoing updates or licenses managed by the Client unless Gridd is contracted to maintain them.

9. Website Hosting & Third-Party Services

If hosting, domains, email services, or plugins are purchased through third parties:

  • We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or issues caused by those providers.
  • Clients must comply with the terms of the third-party vendors.
  • Renewal fees for domains, hosting, or licenses are the Client’s responsibility unless otherwise arranged.

  • Errors resulting from changes made by the Client or third parties after project completion

Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service in question.

  • We do not guarantee specific results such as increased sales, traffic, or SEO rankings.

Either party may terminate services with written notice. In the event of termination:

  • All work completed up to that point must be paid for.
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
