Replace CSV as the default output format for vercel metrics query with a rich text format that includes:

Metadata header showing metric, period, interval, scope, and units
Summary table with total, avg, min (with timestamp), and max (with timestamp)
Sparkline charts using Unicode block characters for at-a-glance trends
Support for grouped series with per-group stats and sparklines
Intelligent number formatting (integers for count sums, decimals for durations/ratios/bytes)
Null-aware time series extraction with gap filling for missing buckets
Downsampling for long series to fit terminal width

Remove the now-unused CSV formatting utilities (escapeCsvValue, formatCsv, formatSchemaListCsv, formatSchemaDetailCsv) from output.ts and their corresponding tests.

JSON output (--format json) is unchanged.
