This change allows building the Python extension for Python 3.12 with musl.

Patch first introduced in Gentoo: gentoo/gentoo#36321

@merces has straightened out the way that outside collaborators can maintain TLSH! :-)

@jonjoliver OK :-) I was gonna say that you were welcome to pull the patch directly from this PR, but it sounds preferable not to have to maintain a fork. Thanks for following up on this.
