- Add Version to Header and State - ADR-016: Add versions to Block and State #2644
- Add Version to NodeInfo - ADR-016: Add protocol Version to NodeInfo #2654
- Remove Version from CanonicalXxx - types: remove Version from CanonicalXxx #2666
- Add Version to ConsensusParams so apps can update the App version
- Add Version to ResponseInfo so apps can set initial App version during handshake - ADR-016: ABCI changes #2662
- Update ADR to match - adr-016: update int64->uint64; add version to ConsensusParams #2667
