Fixes #12082

Have changed the documentation of GradientGradientBoostingRegressor's parameter to match according to latest specs.

@jnothman , @qinhanmin2014 I was not able revert the unwanted changes in the previous PR. So created a new branch and issued a PR.

As I have observed, circleci is doing integration checks for python 2 also? its not required as of the next release right?

As I have observed, circleci is doing integration checks for python 2 also? its not required as of the next release right?

We haven't released 0.20 and python2 support will be dropped in 0.21.
