…#9891) Part of #9889. `rolldown_plugin_vite_html` is one of 6 `rolldown_plugin_vite_*` crates that are compiled only because of the `crates/*` workspace glob but are never wired into the napi binding (`rolldown_binding`) nor `use`d anywhere — i.e. not exposed to JS/Vite. They only carry maintenance cost (oxc upgrades, dependency bumps, clippy) without being shipped. This PR removes the `rolldown_plugin_vite_html` crate and regenerates `Cargo.lock`. No other crate depends on it, so the removal is self-contained. A snapshot of all 6 unexposed crates is preserved on the `archive/native-vite-html-css-asset-plugins` branch. `cargo clippy --workspace --all-targets`, `cargo fmt --all --check`, and `cargo check --workspace --all-features --all-targets --locked` all pass.

This PR removes the `rolldown_plugin_vite_html_inline_proxy` crate and regenerates `Cargo.lock`. It only depends on shared infra crates, so `cargo shear --fix --check-test-targets` reports no orphaned workspace dependencies. No other crate depends on it. A snapshot of all 6 unexposed crates is preserved on the `archive/native-vite-html-css-asset-plugins` branch. `cargo check --workspace --all-features --all-targets --locked` passes.
