Tidies `generate_lazy_export.rs`: - Introduce local `FIRST_TOP_LEVEL_STMT_IDX` constant for the magic `1` stmt index. - Replace the `(ModuleIdx, ExportsKind, bool)` tuple with a `LazyModuleInfo` struct. - Convert the two early-return guards into a `filter_map(Module::as_normal_mut).filter(...)` pipeline. - Extract the duplicated "take first expression statement and wrap" block into `replace_first_expr_stmt` driven by a `LazyExportWrap` enum. - Drop the always-identical `StmtInfoIdx` parameter from `update_module_default_export_info`.
