This PR fixes two issues in the Todoist extension: it enables auto_reminder: true on both the quickAddTask and addTask API calls so reminders are automatically set according to the user's Todoist preferences, and it improves the Create Task NLP pipeline with more precise token cleanup on submission and better due-time parsing.

Key changes:

quick-add-task.tsx / create-task.tsx: Pass auto_reminder: true to the Todoist API to resolve missing-reminder reports.
create-task.tsx: Adds dedicated helper functions (removePrefixedToken, removePriorityTokens, removeLastParsedDateString, removeLastParsedDeadlineString) to strip NLP tokens (project #, label @, priority p1-p4, date, deadline) from the task title before the API call, replacing the previous single buggy regex that had an extra # in its second alternative.
create-task.tsx: Introduces isNlpDateUpdateRef to prevent NLP-driven setValue("date", …) calls from being classified as manual user changes, fixing a feedback loop between the NLP effect and the manual-change detection effect.
useNLPParser.ts: Adds parsedDateHasTime to the ParsedData type so callers can distinguish dates that carry a specific time from date-only results, and adds parseRelativeDurationFallback to handle abbreviated relative units (e.g. in 3h, in 30m) that chrono-node does not cover.
CHANGELOG.md: New entry at the top with the required {PR_MERGE_DATE} placeholder; one bullet point ends mid-sentence and should be tidied up.

Safe to merge; changes are well-scoped bug fixes with no breaking changes or critical logic errors.
All modifications are targeted fixes to pre-existing NLP plumbing and reminder configuration. The only non-trivial concern is a missing React dependency (parsedData.parsedDateHasTime) in a useEffect array, which does not cause a real bug today but is worth fixing for correctness. No API surfaces are changed beyond adding an opt-in parameter.

Missing parsedData.parsedDateHasTime in useEffect dependency array

parsedData.parsedDateHasTime is read inside the effect but is absent from the dependency array. React's exhaustive-deps rule would flag this. In practice it doesn't cause a stale-read bug today because parsedDateHasTime is always recomputed in the same useMemo invocation as parsedDate, so the two are always in sync. However, if the two are ever decoupled in the future (e.g., parsedDateHasTime starts depending on something other than content), the stale-closure behaviour would be hard to debug.
