Description

Add Custom Confetti Emojis

Add a new preference to the extension to allow users to customize the confetti emojis.

This PR adds a new preference to customize confetti emojis for celebration notifications. The implementation correctly adds the preference configuration, updates the constants, parses the preference with proper fallback, and uses URL encoding when passing emojis to the Raycast confetti extension.
