Description

Check issue [Weather] #25867. API loading slow, but everything works normally, so close [Weather] #25867.
Bump all dependencies to the latest versions

This PR is a maintenance update for the weather extension that bumps all dependencies to their latest versions and migrates the ESLint configuration from the legacy v7 format (.eslintrc.json + .eslintignore) to the modern ESLint v9 flat config (eslint.config.mjs).

Deleted legacy .eslintrc.json and .eslintignore, replaced by a new eslint.config.mjs using defineConfig from "eslint/config" and @raycast/eslint-config@2.1.1
Bumped all dependencies to latest (@raycast/api@1.104.8, @raycast/utils@2.2.3, eslint@10, typescript@5.9, react@19, etc.)
Updated return types across components from JSX.Element to React.ReactElement to align with React 19 typings
Added explicit import React from "react" where it was implicitly relied upon
Simplified unused catch bindings (catch (e: unknown) → catch {}) and a minor destructuring refactor in utils.ts
Added "dom" to tsconfig.json lib array
cross-fetch is still imported in src/wttr.ts and listed as a dependency, even though @raycast/api@1.104.8 now requires Node 22.14.0+, where fetch is a built-in global

This PR is safe to merge; all changes are routine dependency updates and tooling migrations with no functional regressions.
All source logic changes are trivial cleanups (catch clause simplification, type annotation updates). The ESLint migration follows the correct v9 pattern. The only non-blocking finding is that cross-fetch and its import remain despite native fetch being available in Node 22+.

Unnecessary cross-fetch import on Node 22

With @raycast/api@1.104.8, the engine requirement is now node: ">=22.14.0". Node 22 ships fetch as a built-in global, so importing it from cross-fetch is redundant per the project's guidelines.

You can safely remove this import and the cross-fetch dependency from package.json entirely.

Context Used: Rule from dashboard - What: Do not import fetch in Node 21+, as it is a built-in global API.
