This PR updates the documentation examples for Arena allocation helpers to avoid demonstrating allocations of Drop-types (like String) into the arena, which would leak because Arena does not run destructors for allocated objects.
Changes:
- Update the
alloc_slice_clonerustdoc example to use aSheep { name: &'static str }value type instead ofString. - Update the
alloc_slice_fill_clonerustdoc example to use the same non-DropSheeptype instead of cloning aString.
Merging this PR will not alter performance

2 examples for `Arena` methods allocated types which are `Drop` into `Arena`. These were in fact examples of what _not_ to do -both produced memory leaks! Fix these examples.

Running Miri on doctests was disabled in #11092. Unclear what oddity in the version of Rust nightly we were running at the time caused it not to work, but it now seems to be fixed, so we can re-enable the doctests now. This is what caught the memory leaks in doc comment examples which were fixed in #23257.
