This PR optimizes TypeScript definite assignment assertion (!) handling in the JS/TS parser by storing only the token start offset (u32) instead of a full Span, and reconstructing the one-character Span only when emitting related diagnostics.
Changes:
- Store the
!token position asu32(cur_token().start()) rather than capturingcur_token().span(). - Reconstruct a 1-byte diagnostic span via
Span::sized(definite_token_start, 1)only when reporting definite-assignment errors.
Merging this PR will not alter performance
