Refactor visitNewClass to check if conversion should happen BEFORE calling super.visitNewClass(). This avoids cursor invalidation issues when nested anonymous classes are transformed first, which caused JavaTemplate to fail with "generated 0 statements" errors. The fix separates the conversion logic into shouldConvertToLambda() and convertToLambda() methods. When we determine that the current anonymous class should be converted, we convert it immediately without descending into children first. The Repeat.repeatUntilStable wrapper ensures nested anonymous classes are handled in subsequent passes. See openrewrite/rewrite#1828

Change in main: use correct cursor for correct indentation calculation
Change in tests: when moving an annotation to inline and the field "sticks" to the class, the newline was not correct as it was sticky before the annotation got moved also
