@chaosdinosaur I took at quick stab at this (seems maybe too simplistic to me) Can you have a look at this and see if this solves the problem in a meaningful way?

I noticed buttons don't appear to be buttons anymore with your changes. I am unable to click on them now:

Those aren't buttons @chaosdinosaur, the handoff buttons should still exist if you scroll down. What Peter is adding here is meant to make it easier to understand what button relates to what decision. If you're testing this out, again, see if you can scroll down and still see the handoff buttons.

Sadly, we can't dynamically update those handoff buttons (just yet anyways)

Those aren't buttons @chaosdinosaur, the handoff buttons should still exist if you scroll down. What Peter is adding here is meant to make it easier to understand what button relates to what decision. If you're testing this out, again, see if you can scroll down and still see the handoff buttons.

The buttons missing is a VS Code bug with the handoff buttons. @peterbryntesson the changes look great! Thanks :)
