Description
The prerelease workflow fails with
could not add label: 'autorelease: prerelease' not foundbecausegh pr create --labelrequires the label to already exist in the repository. This PR adds an idempotent label creation step before the PR create/edit commands.Additionally, the README now links to the Docusaurus documentation site and the Documentation section is repositioned for better discoverability.
