This removes entries for
UserDataHandler,Node.getUserData,andNode.setUserData.They have already been removed from MDN Web docs in mdn/content#6198
And the last time they were in a browser was on June 25, 2013 (release of Firefox 22), so this matches the condition for removal irrelavant features.
