The GitHub Copilot Anthropic proxy rejects tool parameter schemas that
contain composition keywords (anyOf/oneOf/allOf), producing the same
Error 471 class as Bedrock (fixed in PR lobehub#14550).

Adds stripCompositionKeywords() + sanitizeCopilotTools() — mirrors the
handleSchema sanitizer pattern already used by Groq (filterAdvancedFields)
and xAI (sanitizeXAIToolSchema). Applied in the Claude branch of chat()
before buildDefaultAnthropicPayload.

Fixes lobehub#14544 for the GitHub Copilot provider.
