Pull request overview

This PR adds a small normalization layer for custom provider settings so that switching the custom provider SDK type doesn’t accidentally drop the supportResponsesApi capability flag (which previously could cause the “Use Responses API” switch to disappear in the UI).

Changes:

  • Introduce isResponsesApiSupportedSdkType and normalizeProviderSettings helpers to merge/clean provider settings and enforce supportResponsesApi for supported SDK types.
  • Update create/update custom provider flows to run settings through the new normalization.
  • Adjust ProviderConfig UI to show the Responses API toggle when the SDK type supports it (even if supportResponsesApi is missing).
  • Add unit tests for the new normalization logic.

P2 Badge Keep OpenAI preview IDs in the model list

Removing the OpenAI cards for gpt-4-turbo-preview, gpt-4-0125-preview, and gpt-4-1106-preview forces OPENAI_MODEL_LIST additions for those IDs down the global fallback path in transformToAiModelList (search-by-id across all providers). In that path we reuse another provider’s card and mutate knownModel.providerId, so OpenAI overrides now inherit non-OpenAI metadata (already visible in the snapshot diffs) and can leak cross-provider mutations in-process. Keeping these IDs as disabled OpenAI entries avoids the fallback and preserves provider-local model metadata.

P1 Badge Limit Google owner detection to Gemini model IDs

Including 'gemma' in MODEL_OWNER_DETECTION_CONFIG.google makes detectModelProvider classify IDs like google/gemma-2-2b-it as Google models, which changes routing behavior in router providers that build per-API model lists from this detector (for example packages/model-runtime/src/providers/aihubmix/index.ts and packages/model-runtime/src/providers/newapi/index.ts). Those IDs are then matched to apiType: 'google' and sent to Gemini/Vertex-style endpoints instead of the OpenAI-compatible /v1 path, so Gemma models exposed via OpenAI-compatible gateways can fail once selected.

Useful? React with 👍 / 👎.

需要先修一下 Gemma 4 的 search capability 标记。Google 官方当前 Gemma 4 capability 表里写的是 Grounding with Google Search: Not available,这个 PR 现在会让 UI 暴露搜索能力并让 runtime 发送 googleSearch tool。
