Derive tool success from snapshot
isSuccess field
StepSnapshot.toolsResult exposes success via isSuccess, but the converter currently computes success from (t as any).error, which is absent in the typed snapshot schema. When replaying real .agent-tracing snapshots, failed tools are therefore marked as successful, so the mock timeline/store no longer reflects runtime failures accurately.

Populate tool result from snapshot
output data
The snapshot schema stores tool payload text on toolsResult[].output, but this mapping reads (t as any).state into both result and payload.state. For standard snapshots this yields undefined, so replayed tool messages lose their output content and fixture playback cannot faithfully reproduce the original tool results.
