Instructions for docker-compose

Add the following block to your .env file:

Afterwards, run the upgrade commands from the latest release notes.

Instructions for Kubernetes

Thanks @dewi-tik ! One nit, and also ideally we would have a verification section. Though if the verification step seems quite obvious, and it is sill y to spell it out, that's fine too!
