This pull request introduces the trace-systrace flag to the run command, enabling it to be passed through DebuggingOptions and forwarded to Android devices during app startup. Corresponding tests were added to verify this behavior in release mode. However, a redundant duplicate test case was identified in android_device_start_test.dart that should be removed to improve maintainability.

- Remove the redundant duplicate test block for 'traceSystrace in release mode' from android_device_start_test.dart. - Debug/profile coverage for traceSystrace is already verified inside the 'forwards all supported debugging options' test case, rendering the duplicate unnecessary.
