The <html> tag is missing the lang attribute. Specifying a language for the document is a best practice for accessibility (WCAG 2.1 Success Criterion 3.1.1) and helps search engines and screen readers correctly interpret the content.

The <meta charset="UTF-8"> declaration should ideally be the first child of the <head> element. Moving it before the large comment block ensures that the character encoding is detected by the browser as early as possible, preventing potential issues with character rendering if the declaration is pushed beyond the first 1024 bytes of the document.
