This pull request updates the CHANGELOG.md file to include release notes for Flutter version 3.41.7. The added entries document fixes for git multi-pack-index errors during iOS and macOS builds, app crashes on physical iOS devices when using Xcode 26.4+, and a change to FFI Windows packages that removes the requirement for a plugin class. I have no feedback to provide.
