Code Review
This pull request performs a routine update of package dependencies across the repository, generated by flutter update-packages --force-upgrade. It updates json_rpc_2 to version 4.1.0 in flutter_tools and the widget_preview_scaffold integration test, and rolls video_player to 2.11.0 and video_player_android to 2.9.3 in the root pubspec.yaml.
