This pull request adds Adwaita Sans as a font fallback for Linux, which is a necessary update as it's becoming the new default font for GNOME. The changes are applied consistently across the C++ engine, the Dart framework, and the corresponding tests. The implementation is correct. I have one minor suggestion in the test file to improve maintainability by reducing code duplication.
