This pull request fixes an issue with rendering nine-patch images in strict mode by correctly converting the source rectangle to texture coordinates and shrinking it to prevent linear filtering artifacts. It also corrects the order of coordinates passed to the Porter-Duff shader. A new test case is included to verify the fix. My review identified a minor documentation style issue, for which I have provided a suggestion.
