For consistency with other entries in this file, the new changelog entries should be formatted as a list, starting with - .
Additionally, the project's Hotfix-Documentation-Best-Practices.md guide suggests describing the problem from the user's perspective rather than describing the fix. The second entry should be rephrased to follow this guideline. For example, instead of 'Mitigates a memory leak...', it could be 'A memory leak occurs...'.
