Code Review
This pull request disables pointer events for images backed by <img> elements on the web. This is achieved by adding the pointerEvents property to the CSSStyleDeclaration shim and setting it to none when creating the <img> element. This change effectively prevents browser-native interactions like the context menu on right-click, making the web behavior consistent with other platforms where the Image widget is not interactive by default. A new widget test has been added to verify this behavior. The changes are correct, well-contained, and properly tested.

LGTM, thanks!
This makes a ton of sense, when images can be downloaded through an XHR request they're just rendered directly and can't be right clicked; the img tag fallback should probably behave the same.
