This pull request correctly moves the child parameter to the end of the RefreshIndicator constructor to align with Flutter conventions. However, this change is incomplete as the RefreshIndicator.adaptive and RefreshIndicator.noSpinner constructors have not been updated similarly. For consistency across the widget's API, the child parameter should be the last parameter in all constructors.
