For consistency with other documentation files in the repository and to ensure the link works correctly in local environments (not just on the GitHub website), it's better to use a relative path instead of a root-relative path. Other markdown files in this repository, like docs/engine/Custom-Flutter-Engine-Embedders.md, use relative paths for internal links.
