The host environment was being copied into the test's environment because some of these variables are needed to launch PowerShell and run the update_engine_version script on Windows.
(see https://github.com/flutter/flutter/pull/162270/files#r1931125633)

Added a change that copies a minimal set of variables from the host environment on Windows.
