Nice job fixing the bug @alisonelizabeth ! I do think it would be nice to eventually have more sophisticated handling off step error states, probably using the re-usable form wizard component.
Happy that the bug is addressed for now!

Previous steps will be disabled if the user enters an invalid form value. I think this behavior is slightly different in Index Management, however, it does align with how the "Next" and "Back" buttons are currently working in the SLM wizard.

This fixes a bug in Snapshot and Restore when creating a Snapshot Lifecycle Management policy, where the form could become locked if the user enter an invalid value and navigated to a previous step.
