The timeline row action context menu on the Alerts page was disappearing because of a race condition, where a default timelineRowActions was set in
.../public/common/components/events_viewer/events_viewer.tsx. I moved timelineRowActions to be required ininitializeTimeline, eliminating the need for the default to be set.Before:
