Add agent config revision to fleet agents.
Model change to new properties on agents:
config_revisioncurrent config revision running on the agentconfig_newest_revisionthe latest revision for the configThe generation of the action
CONFIG_CHANGEis now using revision instead of timestamp, it's more reliable and can avoid some race conditionUI Change
The current revision and a flag is the revision is outdated is now displayed in the agent list
