We've seen two OOMs for the x-pack jest tests on master, so as a temporary "fix" we should expand the
max-old-space-sizeand I'm going to dig in a little and see if I can track down where we're running out of memory.NOTE: jest-worker passes through all execArgv to the workers https://github.com/facebook/jest/blob/master/packages/jest-worker/src/workers/ChildProcessWorker.ts#L92
