This PR removes the previously added severity and datavis assistance color tokens:

Why are we making this change?

🎨 Design spec alignment: It was decided to not include assistance as severity and datavis colors.

🔴 Breaking change: Removal of token.

ℹ️ The tokens have only recently been added, there are no usages in Kibana or Cloud-UI.
Some snapshots that include the theme object will require updates in Kibana:
