As found in elastic/integrations#16233, remove unused environment variables that could cause errors if there are merge conflicts in the post-checkout hook. Usages of TMP_FOLDER_TEMPLATE and TMP_FOLDER_TEMPLATE_BASE variables were removed in #2569 when it was migrated to use GCP OIDC.
