As found in elastic/integrations#16233, remove unused environment variables that could cause errors if there are merge conflicts in the post-checkout hook.
Usages of
TMP_FOLDER_TEMPLATEandTMP_FOLDER_TEMPLATE_BASEvariables were removed in #2569 when it was migrated to use GCP OIDC.The only usages are related to
