The E2E tests may not pass for this because it is targeting the feature-arch-v2 branch, not main. It needs the agent artifacts used in the tests to also come from the agent feature-arch-v2 branch. |

What does this PR do?
This update the deps for elastic-agent-client so we can take advantage of support for diagnostics in V2.
