As an administrator, I want to have better control over how it's built the Process Group landing page. For instance, I want to be able to show if it has meetings, metrics, proposals, etc and in which order.

For that, it'd awesome to have Content Blocks inside the Process Group landing page, as we have in the Homepage configuration. As an alternative, we could have lots of settings but that doesn't scale that well.

This would be the first approach to this solution and in the future, it could be implemented in other Spaces (for instance Participatory Processes or Assemblies).

The blocks that an admin would have are:
