Add Metadata in Process Groups #6474

@andreslucena

Description

@andreslucena

Ref: PG01-3

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a visitor I want to know extra information about the Process Group:

  • how many processes there are within that group of processes: count of all the processes
  • project's website: URL
  • who promotes the process
  • organization area
  • scopes
  • who it's oriented to (who participates)
  • what is decided
  • how it's decided

Note that most of these fields are already on Participatory Processes. They are all textarea with i18n.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add to the main page of the process group (/processes_groups/X) the metadata for the process group.

To be consistent we should have this in the PG sidebar as other spaces, but we really want to try something new here.

Describe alternatives you've considered

  1. To show it a block (so it doesn't' take a sidebar for itself, especially on this page that we don't have yet the typical actions: Follow, Share, Embed, etc)
  2. To show it hidden (behind a "Read more") as this is something that probably only power users need.

Additional context

Does this issue could impact on users private data?
No, it's all public data.

Acceptance criteria

  • As a visitor I can see how many published processes there are on a PG
  • As a visitor I can see who promotes the process
  • As a visitor I can see who it's oriented to
  • As a visitor I can see the project's website
