Ref. PG02-3

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a visitor, I want to easily see in which territorial areas are every one of the different processes inside of a Process Group.

Describe the solution you'd like
There's already a module made by Platoniq that works with this kind of maps and lets you do polygons and other shapes:
https://github.com/Platoniq/decidim-module-navigation_maps
At the technical level, this issue would involve:

  • Making the changes in the Content Block as described in PG02
  • Making a PR to Platoniq/decidim-module-navigation_maps for supporting this new kind of Content Blocks
  • Making a PR to AjuntamentdeBarcelona/decidim-barcelona for adding this module to that installation

Describe alternatives you've considered
To re-implement this Content Block in Decidim but that would be too expensive and goes against the main ideas of Decidim architecture (modular)

We could also implement this on HTML but that would be a pain to implement/configure.

Additional context
As context, one of the Process Groups that we want to have is the one related with Pla de Barris, which are participatory processes on multiple Barcelona's neighborhoods. In the Pla de Barris web they had this map:

Also, the other PG that we're planning to have, one from Superilles, they also have a map (n this case with all the Districts) for this project:

Does this issue could impact on users private data?
No

Acceptance criteria

  • As a visitor I want to see a map where I can locate the different processes
  • As an administrator, I want to be able to define which regions you partner with which processes
