As a visitor when I visit a Process Group (PG) landing page I want to have more information. I want to:

• Have the title, description, and hashtag of the PG (ref. PG01-1) Add title, description and Hashtag in Process Groups #6472
• Have the image and CTA of the PG (ref. PG01-2) Add image and CTA in Process Groups #6473
• Have the general metadata of the PG (ref. PG01-3) Add Metadata in Process Groups #6474
• Edit link as an Administrator in PG (ref. PG01-4) Edit link as an Administrator in Process Groups #6475

❗ As this is a huge change in the current page we would need to start with a first sprint of design for this issue. See #6495
