User story

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a Valuator or a Participatory Process admin that has to Answer Proposals it gets very frustrating on all the flow. For instance:

• for finding the proposal from the frontend to the backend
• answering the proposal itself as I can't see the comments nor the metadata/statistics of a given proposal
• filtering the proposals by response status on admin panel
• customizing by process which terminology it's being used (for instance accepted/rejected or approved/disapproved)
• debating privately the Proposal and answering it, as these two features are on different pages
