Summary

This PR adds two more Aurora DSQL adapters to the monorepo:

Hibernate (java/hibernate/) - Aurora DSQL Dialect for Hibernate
Django (python/django/) - Aurora DSQL adapter for Django

Changes

Both repos were added using git subtree add without --squash to preserve the full commit history and SHAs (learned from PR #2).

New directories:

java/hibernate/ - from aurora-dsql-hibernate
python/django/ - from aurora-dsql-django (branch: version-0)

This PR improves migration support by using the `CREATE INDEX ASYNC` syntax in `schema.py`. Changes extracted and modified from #46. ADD CONSTRAINT` syntax which is not supported by DSQL according to [Supported subsets of SQL commands in Aurora DSQL](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/aurora-dsql/latest/userguide/working-with-postgresql-compatibility-supported-sql-subsets.html#alter-table-syntax-support). ### General cleanup As part of this change I added some more documentation, and reorganized the position of a few definitions to better isolate concepts. This will make upcoming changes simpler too thanks to the improved consistency.

Since we are already configuring `supports_foreign_keys = False` in `features.py`, the base class will skip foreign key operations. This PR modifies the project to use `uv` instead of managing dependencies with `requirements.txt` and `setup.py`. This move to more modern tooling simplifies project onboarding, and adds a lock file for the dependencies. This PR adds a workflow which updates the `CHANGELOG.md` file automatically based on the GitHub release notes. We currently have release notes in 2 places, and they are not synchronized. This will make it easier to maintain these and prevent them from going out of sync. When a GitHub release is created, we can automatically generate release notes using the GitHub tools, and tweak them manually before publishing the new version. This workflow will then pull the release notes using the GitHub API, and create a PR which modifies the `CHANGELOG.md` file for us to merge. I was originally going to have it push to the default branch but dealing with conflicts if there were any would be a bit weird. Having a PR should be sufficient and I don't expect there to be any conflicts 99% of the time. This is really difficult to test for a few reasons: - It is intended to be triggered by a release, which we don't want to do just to test - I can't manually invoke the workflow until a version of the file is available on the `version-0` (default) branch I'd like to merge this as-is with minimal testing, and then make a change on a dev branch to add a manual invocation, which can reference a draft GitHub release which I won't publish. Until then the correctness of this workflow is difficult to verify, but I will make sure to confirm it works before publishing the next real release. This PR removes the current configuration for the following operations: - `sql_create_pk` - `sql_delete_constraint` - `sql_delete_column` Each of these operations uses an `ALTER TABLE` statement which is not supported by DSQL. The previous approach was to replace the statement with an empty query, but this allows the migration to continue despite the operation having not been performed. By removing the override, we fall back to the statement defined by the base class which uses `ALTER TABLE`. This will result in the statement being sent to DSQL, which will return an error. While this seemingly causes migrations to fail where they previously didn't, the failure is more correct in this scenario. By skipping the statement, we would be leaving the database in a state which differs from what the migration expects. For customer migrations, these operations should be avoided. For Django apps, manual steps may be needed to work around migrations that use these operations. It doesn't make a lot of sense to add a test for this, since we are now falling back to the functionality already defined and tested in the base class for the `schema.py` file. This PR uses the `dependency-groups` block for dev dependencies (best-practice), rather than `project.optional-dependencies`. `uv` automatically installs dev dependencies in the `dependency-groups` block, which simplifies workflows/instructions for setting up the project. Additionally, using `project.optional-dependencies` meant that we were building a user-facing group called `aurora-dsql-django[test]` which shouldn't really be exposed given these are intended as internal dependencies only.
