A couple of things here:
- the letter spacing does not use this flag but should (previous to this PR)
- instead of having this check for each individual feature, what if we check for
__experimentalSkipSerializationafter we do it for$typography_supportsand before each individual support and return early if there's nothing to do here? (lines 80-82)

Follow-up to #32252
This PR updates the typography skip serialization mechanism to use a single flag inside typography to be consistent with what happens with colors. Currently, two flags outside the typography structure are used __experimentalSkipFontSizeSerialization and __experimentalSkipTypographySerialization.
How has this been tested?
I added the flags to paragraph and post-author block.json and verified serialization was skipped.
