Just noting that testing PostAuthor and combobox could be made easier by just changing this value here: https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/blob/trunk/packages/editor/src/components/post-author/index.js#L13

Mmm, yeah in that case remove it. probably a left over from the PR that introduced the ComboboxControl component. There's also a lot of duplication between |

SuggestionsListcomponent to usevalueas a key when available. Usually, when used with theComboboxControlcomponent.Fixes #32127.
